Terms of Sale

Delivery (within the UK)
Standard delivery is FREE for goods shipped to addresses in the UK provided the order amount is £35.00 and above.

Orders received Monday - Friday will be despatched on the next day. Orders received on weekends and Public Holidays will be despatched the next working day. All of our products are supplied direct from stock.

Standard delivery is via 1st Class Royal Mail who aim to deliver 92% on the next working day, including Saturdays.

Guaranteed Delivery:
Deliveries to UK mainland destinations may be upgraded to a guaranteed* next working day delivery for £5.06 + VAT (£5.95), which can be selected at the checkout.

*Guaranteed definition: We will refund the carriage cost in the event of late delivery.

If your order is heavy or bulky, and not suitable for delivery via Royal Mail, we may use a licensed UK carrier service at additional charge. You will however be informed if this is the case at checkout.

We always send an email to the email address you submitted to inform you when your order has been despatched. If goods cannot be despatched within a reasonable time we will email you to advise you of this and, if there is to be a delay, ask if you wish to continue with the transaction and offering you the opportunity to cancel or part-ship your order.

If you have received an email informing you of the despatch of goods you can be certain they are in transit. If you do not receive your goods within ten working days you should contact us, unfortunately we cannot start tracking parcels until this time has elapsed.

Over 40% of lost or missing parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a local Royal Mail sorting office, so please check first.

Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or a refund. If you do not notify us within 21 days of ordering that your goods have not been received, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Overseas Customers (non UK)
We are a UK based company and do not operate a standard delivery service outside the United Kingdom. Any online orders received for addresses outside the UK will be processed and despatched with an additional delivery cost which will be advised at checkout. If you wish to order for delivery outside the UK, You can also contact us by telephone, we will then process your order including an additional delivery charge.

All items on our Internet site are priced in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and you will be billed in UK Pounds Sterling (£). If £'s is not your currency, the amount you actually pay will be dependant upon the exchange

Returns and Refunds
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You have the right to cancel an order without reason by the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods. This does not apply to business to business transactions. The Buyer must obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authority) number from

Just Printer Cartridges.Com Ltd. The RGA number will be valid for a period of fourteen days from the date of issue. We reserves the right to refuse delivery of Goods after this period. All returned goods must have the RGA number marked clearly on the package. Just Printer Cartridges.Com Ltd reserves the right to refuse delivery of any Goods returned without an RGA number. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your RGA Number
Should you wish to return a product please request a RGA by telephone, email, fax or by writing to us clearly stating your full details, order number and reasons for the return.

If Product is faulty
Should a product ever fail to operate or become faulty simply contact us and request a RGA number. We will exchange it for new or credit the purchase price at our discretion.

If Product is not faulty
If you have ordered the wrong product, please request a RGA number and return the product unopened and in it's original re-saleable packaging for an exchange or a full refund at our discretion.

Just Printer Cartridges.Com Ltd reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee (excluding VAT) in the event that a product is returned that is not faulty.

If your goods are damaged
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Please also retain the original packaging for returning with your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

Shortages
In the extremely unlikely event that not all items of your order are received by you, you must inform Just Printer Cartridges.Com Ltd within 48hrs receipt of the goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept claims after that time.

Order Status
New Order - Order has been placed by the customer and payment received by us. New Orders are sent to our warehouse almost immediately for picking, packing and dispatch. Awaiting Payment - Indicates that an order has been placed and that we are Awaiting Payment. This usually applies to orders to be paid for by cheque or postal order. Dispatched - Indicates that the order has been sent to the customer. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery of items sent via 1st Class Royal Mail. Items sent on a Guaranteed Next Working Day basis will be delivered by the end of the next working day (Mon-Fri). Backorder - This status level determines that one or more products purchased may be delayed. Other items in the order may be shipped separately, further details will be stated in the order notes. On Hold - There are a number of reasons why an order may have been placed On Hold although the most common reason is the need for extra security checks. If your order has been placed On Hold we advise that you contact us immediately via telephone on 0208-676-0234. Cancelled - An order that has not been processed or dispatched.

Before we can open a credit account it is worth noting that there's some qualifying criteria:

  • You must be able to provide trade references for the business.
